ere recently marriage for the gay and lesbian community has ...

Here recently marriage for the gay and lesbian community has come up again. There are two sides of this argument. One side saying that it is wrong and goes against the bible. That it will ruin this country. Then there is the other side which supports this movement and scream equal rights.

Well me personally I am for it. I have gay and lesbian friends and they deserve to get married if they really want to. My religious beliefs have nothing to do with them. It is about me and god. Two men or two women getting married will not affect me. It will not cause me to lose my job, it will not bring the country down into the pits. It will just allow two people to get married and have those benefits.

One person I saw on Facebook was saying that these people have a civil union. That was enough. But instead the gay and lesbian community was not happy with that. That they want to force their way of life onto us. Which that is bullshit. A civil union does not grant you the same rights as being married. Also, maybe they will stop screaming and rasing protest if scared homophobic people would stop trying to surpress them and their rights as human beings.

Another person on Facebook was screaming that it was going against Gods will. That this is one nation under god. So what they are saying is their sins are lesser than another? I would say that maybe god just wants everyone to love each other and be happy. (I am sure someone will try reading scripture to me to prove me wrong). Again though, if it goes against your religious beliefs don’t date the same sex. You will be fine and the others can go to hell according to you. This nation was not formed under god. That did not come into play until the early 50′s. This nation was formed under the notion that any religion or lack of religion is welcome here. We can all practice what ever we believe. Our founding fathers were from every religion and non religion.

Recent studies have shown that scientiest believe people are gay become of how their chornosomes were put together during their making. That it makes them attracted to the same sex. So now you are persecuting for something they cannot control? I hate that religion is used to oppress people. People are bigots and hide behind religion. Don’t believe me? Look at the Southern Baptist church. They wouldn’t appologize for supporting slavery until, what a 100 years after we abolished it? All in the name of God!!! Others just do not like gay people because they do not understand them. Here is an easy way to understand them. I hope I don’t lose you with this one….they are just like you and me except they date the same sex. They still bleed red blood and have 10 fingers and toes. Just like you and me. They are still human and that gives them the same rights that you have.

So you see it is very simple. If you are not attracted to the same sex, don’t date/marry the same sex. If you are, then go get yourself a boyfriend/girlfriend and get married if you really want to.

We have bigger issues in this world that we need to deal with. Like why in the hell don’t we have a car that can get 100MPG on water.

uns are evil things that kill people. Well not really, ...

Guns are evil things that kill people.

Well not really, but that is what the media and some politicians want you to believe. I am a firm believer of the 2nd ammendment. People think that owning a weapon some how makes you a insane mad man/woman that just wants to kill people. If you are not for this ban then you do not want to stop the madness such as Sandy Hook or Colorado. These few actions cause people to panic. For people like me, it just wakes us up even more. After those incidents I started to think. I should carry my weapon more. The other night when I went out to eat, I really should have carried my weapon. I do not carry because I want to be the hero and save the day. I carry a weapon because their are bad people in this world that want to do harm to people. I want to be able to protect myself and my family. If I live to be a 100 and never have to pull my weapon or use it I would die a happy man.

The problem with weapon bans is that they do not work. Murder rates are actually on the decline. Well except in Chicago and Washington DC. Gun laws are very strict in those areas. Why is that? Why is it that if these gun laws are supposed to be so great that those states have the worst crimes? The politicians keep telling us that guns are the problem, that no one should have them so they make these laws? But why does it not work in Washington DC or Chicago? As a anti gun person you should be asking yourself that question. One answer, criminals do not care about the gun bans or laws. That is why they are called criminals.

Banning guns is not the solution. Taking away my weapons is not going to fix the problem. I own a AR-15 made by Stag Arms. I own both 20round and 30 round magazines. It looks like the standard military issue weapon but it is not. My weapon only shoots one round when you pull the trigger. Unlike the military. Can I shoot it fast, well yes I can. I can also reload it very fast. Now you are probably going to ask, why do I need a gun like that. Simple answer.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The second we allow our government to take away one of those rights that we have, we just opened the door for them to take the rest. Free speech might be next?

I also use this weapon for home defense, but mostly I use this to go to the range and target shoot. It is just really that much fun. To me that is my stress relief. I also own two hand guns. One full size 45 which is my pride and joy and my baby glock which is a small frame 45. Again I own them for self defense and because I love to go to the range and shoot. Shooting is a sport, just watch the olympics if you do not believe me.

I also believe in self defense. If someone is breaking into my home I do not want to rely on the police to get to me in time to save me. I cannot rely on them. Just like I cannot rely on the fire department to get to my home in time to prevent it from burning down when dinner goes bad. That is why I have a fire extinguisher. I believe people need to stop relying on the government for everything. Take some responsibility with your lives. I often use this analogy with anti gun people. If your daughter was being raped, do you want me to call the police and run away. Hope that the police get there in time to stop them. Or would you rather me pull out my evil weapon shoot the rapist in the head and end the attack right then and there?

Gun laws are working, the nut job in Colorado tried to purchase a weapon and was denied! He resorted to commiting a crime which was to steal the weapons.

So if guns are not the problem then what is? People do not value life, they lack basic human morals. To many people expect to get everything for free or without earning it. They feel entitled for some odd reason.

Now some people will say, but anyone can purchase a weapon at a gun show. All they have to do is show ID. Yes that is a problem. I say the government should set up a website. Which for $25.00 you can do a quick and simple background check on someone. Just like you were at the store. If i was selling a pistol for $300.00 I would love to be able to check out the person first. Problem solved. Plus the government can make some extra cash.

It is already illegal for felons to own a weapon so no new laws will stop them. Get past that idea. They will always have them and laws will just make it harder for us to get them.

People need to stop living in the dream world. LTC Dave Grossman said it best.

“Then there are the wolves,” the old war veteran said, “and the wolves
feed on the sheep without mercy.” Do you believe there are wolves out there
who will feed on the flock without mercy? You better believe it. There are evil
men in this world and they are capable of evil deeds. The moment you forget
that or pretend it is not so, you become a sheep. There is no safety in
denial. ”Then there are sheepdogs,” he went on, “and I’m a sheepdog. I live to
protect the flock and confront the wolf.”

Being a sheep means you are dumb enough to wonder this world thinking nothing bad will ever happen to you. You are what the wolves want, easy prey. Myself, well I am a sheepdog. I want to live life and be happy but I swear to god if you try to take my life or my families life I will stop you. I might not succeed but I promise it will not be an easy fight. For those people who lack basic human morals and think they are entitled to what ever they want. Do not want a person like me, because I will make them work for it. Instead they will go after the sheep, the easy target.

This is a good explanation of what some idiot politician that knows absolutely nothing about firearms is trying to introduce. This lady some how believes this will save lives. But hey most democrats cannot keep their eye on the ball. They blame objects instead of blaming the humans.

Guns are not the problem; people are the problem. Sadly you cannot use logic with these people because they do not understand simple logic.

This link will take you to a Congressional website where you can quickly and easily email your Senators, Congressmen and the President: http://www.congress.org/congressorg/mail/?alertid=61046526&type=ML

You may use this message to send to your Senators, Congressmen and the President:

—————-

Greetings,

Due to the recent events at Sandy Hook elementary school we now face renewed threats to our Constitutional rights. While I understand how painful the loss must be for those touched by this tragedy, blaming firearms or their owners and punishing them is not the answer to the challenges we face as a nation.

We already have laws that were violated by a man who was likely psychotic and heavily medicated. This man was stopped by the mandatory background check from purchasing firearms. He then decided to murder his mother and take her legally owned firearms to commit this tragedy.

If your true goal is to protect our children, then enact legislation that will do that. Banning firearms that are rarely used in crime (less than 1% of the time) is not going to stop such tragedies, that was proven in 1999 when the Columbine shooting took place under the 1994 ban. Do something meaningful, please. Make committing the insane easier. Put armed security guards in our schools. But do not strip us of our rights and property by passing additional anti-gun laws that have historically had no positive effect on crime in our nation or others.

Thank you.

The NRA echos my concerns and gives more information on the proposed ban here:

like monkeys. The pet store was selling them for five ...

I like monkeys.

The pet store was selling them for five cents a piece. I thought that
odd since they were normally a couple thousand each. I decided not to
look a gift horse in the mouth. I bought 200. I like monkeys.

I took my 200 monkeys home. I have a big car. I let one drive. His
name was Sigmund. He was retarded. In fact, none of them were really
bright. They kept punching themselves in their genitals. I laughed.
Then they punched my genitals. I stopped laughing.

I herded them into my room. They didn’t adapt very well to their new
environment. They would screech, hurl themselves off of the couch at
high speeds and slam into the wall. Although humorous at first, the
spectacle lost its novelty halfway into its third hour.

Two hours later I found out why all the monkeys were so inexpensive:
they all died. No apparent reason. They all just sorta’ dropped dead.
Kinda’ like when you buy a goldfish and it dies five hours later. Damn
cheap monkeys.

I didn’t know what to do. There were 200 dead monkeys lying all over my
room, on the bed, in the dresser, hanging from my bookcase. It looked
like I had 200 throw rugs.

I tried to flush one down the toilet. It didn’t work. It got stuck.
Then I had one dead, wet monkey and 199 dead, dry monkeys.

I tried pretending that they were just stuffed animals. That worked for
a while, that is until they began to decompose. It started to smell real
bad.

I had to pee but there was a dead monkey in the toilet and I didn’t want
to call the plumber. I was embarrassed.

I tried to slow down the decomposition by freezing them. Unfortunately
there was only enough room for two monkeys at a time so I had to change
them every 30 seconds. I also had to eat all the food in the freezer so
it didn’t all go bad.

I tried burning them. Little did I know my bed was flammable. I had to
extinguish the fire.

Then I had one dead, wet monkey in my toilet, two dead, frozen monkeys in
my freezer, and 197 dead, charred monkeys in a pile on my bed. The odor
wasn’t improving.

I became agitated at my inability to dispose of my monkeys and to use the
bathroom. I severely beat one of my monkeys. I felt better.

I tried throwing them way but the garbage man said that the city wasn’t
allowed to dispose of charred primates. I told him that I had a wet
one. He couldn’t take that one either. I didn’t bother asking about the
frozen ones.

I finally arrived at a solution. I gave them out as Christmas gifts. My
friends didn’t know quite what to say. They pretended that they like
them but I could tell they were lying. Ingrates. So I punched them in
the genitals.

I like monkeys

Today is January 3rd. There have been many January 3rds but this one is different. Because this one is in 2013. So it will only happen once. Today I am starting down the path of a fresh start. 2012 was not the greatest year. It was the year I got divorced. The year I struggled to pay bills. The year I got into a bad car accident. But it was also the year I was finally freed. I was finally able to start to breath again. It helped prepare me for 2013. The year of greatness.

This year I want to make some changes. But lets keep this real. You cannot make dramatic changes over night. They must be accomplished in steps. So I am working on some list and setting in place some steps to ensure at the end of the year I have made those dramatic changes. So what is it I plan on writing about on this blog. Really anything, what happend that week. Share a quote or three. Tell you about a book or blog post that I read about. Anything and everything.

One of my goals is to actually keep up with this blog. I plan to write a post at least once a week. I don’t know if anyone reads it and to be honest I really do not care. If you are reading it though, I do hope you enjoy yourself.

Second I plan on keeping in touch with people better and more often. So I might not want to talk to you every day but at least once a week I will try to reach out.

Third…well you will have to wait for that.

Stay tuned….
